    Due to the nature of digital products, all sales are final and non-refundable once access or downloads have been provided.

    Refunds may be considered under the following conditions:

You were charged more than once for the same product

You were unable to access the product due to a technical issue on our side (and reported it within 48 hours)

You received a different product than what was purchased
